Cancellations: Some items may not be subject to cancellation. Please contact the Customer Service Department for further details.

Freight Policy: Once a customer has accepted the order free from any damage from the Trucking Line, Mumpower Sign Supply, Inc. will know longer be responsible for any defeats or damage of the product. Customer agrees to inspect order before accepting and relieves Mumpower Sign Supply, Inc. of any other responsibility of the order once accepted. If the order is damaged or defeated the customer must inspect it and refuse it at the time of delivery.

Prices: Mumpower Sign Supply, Inc. makes every effort to keep prices as competitive as possible. However, due to changing manufacturing costs our catalog products are subject to change without notice.

Quotations: Large quantities may be subject to a price discount. Contact our Customer Service Department for further details.

Shipping Method: Mumpower Sign Supply, Inc. will ship your order UPS Ground whenever possible. Heavier shipments and shipments too large for UPS will be
shipped by motor freight.

COD: First time customers must fill out company profile before we can put you on our computer. COD and Master Card, Visa, Discover, and American Express are accepted after company profile has been accepted by Mumpower Sign Supply, Inc.

If you are uploading artwork please make sure it is not copyright protected,
 and that you agree that you are the owner of the artwork,
 and release mumpower sign supply, inc. of any responsibility   
  for copyright material.  By uploading your files you are agreeing that this is your artwork 
and that you will stand responsible for the artwork uploaded.  Mumpower Sign Supply, Inc. 
will hold you responsible for any attorney fees and court costs,  that may occur from any copyright material.
You agree to this in full by uploading or emailing your design. 

Since Mumpower Sign Supply Inc. is not in direct contact with your customer you are responsible that
the artwork is not copyright or trade mark whether we create the art for you or you create the art work.
You must also have the owners permission of the artwork if it is a copyright or trade mark and release Mumpower Sign Supply Inc. of any
responsiblity of your art.

Sales Tax: Virginia and Tennessee customers will be invoiced for sales tax in their state unless a Virginia or Tennessee Sales Tax Exemption Number can be provided upon ordering of merchandise.
