TERMS AND CONDITION OF SALES TAX AND USE TAX Customer agrees that this merchandise is for resale or for manufacturing and agrees to collect all Sales Tax in his State. The customer agrees to pay any Sales Tax or Use Tax due directly to the appropriate Tax Authority whether picked up in VA or shipped by Common Carrier or delivered in our truck. By ordering from Mumpower Sign Supply, Inc. you agree to this term and condition and it is also printed on your invoice. Failure to comply to this agreement may result in a law suit against you for any damages and penalties that may occur from these purchases. Customer agrees to these conditions and terms in full and relieves Mumpower Sign Supply, Inc. from any responsibility for taxes that may occur on customers behalf. |
TERMS AND WARRANTY Screen Printed Signs: We will warranty screen printed signs for any defective prints or miss spelling that is made on our behalf. We will only be responsible for replacement cost of the signs and we will not be responsible for any other costs other than the signs replacement cost. All orders must be checked within two days of receiving the signs if there is a problem please report it within this time limit so the problem can be resolved. |
Warranty on all products sold by Mumpower Sign Supply Inc. that is not manufactured by Mumpower Sign Supply, Inc. is warranted by the manufacturer and not Mumpower Sign Supply Inc. Mumpower Sign Supply Inc. will work with the manufacturer and customer to get a replacement providing the manufacturer replaces the warranty product by their warranty guide lines. All warranty will be submitted to the manufacturer for replacement if the replacement is denied then Mumpower Sign Supply Inc. will not be responsible for replacing the product. |

TERMS FOR FREIGHT CLAIMS AND DAMAGES CLAIMS MUST BE FILED WITHIN 45 DAYS OR YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MERCHANDISE THAT IS NOT DELIVERED OR THAT GETS DAMAGED. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO CHECK IN YOUR PRODUCTS, IF THE BOX IS DAMAGED OR SMASHED YOU MUST GET AN EXCEPTION ON THE BILL OF LADING SO THAT YOU CAN FILE A CLAIM, OR WE CAN FILE A CLAIM. IF YOU DO NOT DO THIS YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DAMAGE OF THE PRODUCT. WE WILL NOT GIVE CREDIT OR REIMBURSEMENT ON CREDIT CARD FOR THIS NEGLECT. YOU SHOULD ALSO CHECK EVEN IF THE BOX IS NOT DAMAGED WHILE THE DRIVER IS THERE JUST IN CASE THEIR MIGHT BE CONCEALED DAMAGES. |
