Customer Orders: Cannot be returned or canceled after production has begun.

Cancellations: Some items may not be subject to cancellation. Please contact the Customer Service Department for further details.

Freight Policy:  Once a customer has accepted the order free from any damage from the Trucking Line, Mumpower Sign Supply, Inc. will know longer be responsible for any defeats or damage of the product.  Customer agrees to inspect order before accepting and relieves Mumpower Sign Supply, Inc. of any other responsibility of the order once accepted.  If the order is damaged or defeated the customer must inspect it and refuse it at the time of delivery.

Prices: Mumpower Sign Supply, Inc. makes every effort to keep prices as competitive as possible. However, due to changing manufacturing costs our catalog products are subject to change without notice.

Quotations: Large quantities may be subject to a price discount. Contact our Customer Service Department for further details.

Shipping Method: Mumpower Sign Supply, Inc. will ship your order UPS Ground whenever possible. Heavier shipments and shipments too large for UPS will be
shipped by motor freight.

COD: First time customers must fill out company profile before we can put you on our computer. COD and Master Card, Visa, Discover, and American Express are accepted after company profile has been accepted by Mumpower Sign Supply, Inc.

Billing Terms: Net 30 days with approved credit.

Sales Tax: Virginia and Tennessee customers will be invoiced for sales tax in their state unless a Virginia or Tennessee Sales Tax Exemption Number can be provided upon ordering of merchandise.
